We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our Upper Key Stage Two team. The successful Primary Teacher will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the Upper Key Stage Two curriculum.
* Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills, creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively.
* Provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and the wider school team.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and trust.
Person Specification
Essential:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching Upper Key Stage Two.
* Strong knowledge of the Upper Key Stage Two curriculum.
* Excellent behaviour management skills.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
* Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
