About the Role:
We are working with a welcoming primary school in Thirsk that is looking for a dedicated teacher to join their team. This role offers a reduced workload and a flexible approach to teaching, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to maintain a healthy work life balance while still making a real difference in the classroom.
You will be delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils in a positive and supportive school environment, with the flexibility to focus on high quality teaching without the pressure of a full traditional workload.

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons for primary pupils
Create a supportive and positive classroom environment
Adapt teaching to support different learning needs
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
Support pupils to achieve both academically and personally

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher (PGCE, BA in Education, or equivalent)
QTS or TRN required
ECTs welcome to apply
Must be able to drive due to the school location
Strong classroom management and a positive teaching approach
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
