Purpose of the Role
The KS2 Class Teacher will hold full responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing the Key Stage 2 curriculum in line with national standards. The role requires a professional who can maintain high expectations, provide consistency, and support pupils academically and emotionally.
Key Duties
Deliver all core and foundation subjects within KS2 Plan lessons with clear learning objectives and outcomes Differentiate teaching to meet diverse needs Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress Establish a positive and structured classroom culture Support pupils’ personal and social development Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues Contribute to staff meetings and whole‑school initiatives Required Knowledge and Skills
