Salary: M1 - UPS1 + SEN Allowance

38.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only) plus 3 inset/training days
We are partnering with a highly supportive SEN primary setting in Colchester that is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN KS2 Teacher to join their welcoming team. This Colchester school specialises in supporting pupils with autism and complex needs, providing a nurturing and structured learning environment.
Job Overview:
* This specialist provision supports pupils aged 5-7.
* Full-time SEN KS2 Teacher position, Monday - Friday.
* Deliver creative and personalised lessons within Colchester.
* Plan and assess learning in line with EHCP targets as a SEN KS2 Teacher.
* Encourage development of communication, social skills, and independence.
* Collaborate with therapists and support staff across the Colchester setting.
