Your Role & Impact

✔ Deliver one-to-one or small-group support in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). ✔ Assist with phonics, online learning, and engaging classroom activities. ✔ Implement positive behaviour strategies to help children thrive. ✔ Potentially provide home-based tutoring for students who need extra care.

What You'll Need

✔ 2+ years of experience as a Teaching Assistant (SEN experience is a plus). ✔ Experience supporting children with ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs. ✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding best practices. ✔ Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain). ✔ Two professional references and the right to work in the UK. ✔ Full driving licence (essential).
