What you'll need:

Solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Experience supporting pupils in KS2 and/or KS1
Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE-level education minimum)
A proactive, energetic approach - able to motivate pupils from a range of backgrounds
