Milk Education is recruiting caring and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join fantastic primary schools across West Bridgford, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting immediately. This is a brilliant opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across the primary curriculum. * Assist teachers in adapting lessons and learning activities to meet individual pupil needs. * Support pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional development throughout the school day. * Promote positive behaviour and engagement, ensuring a calm and nurturing learning environment. * Assist with supervision during playtimes, lunchtimes, and school trips.

Essential Qualifications & Skills: * Experience working with children in a primary school setting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, caring attitude. * Ability to work effectively under the guidance of teachers and senior staff. * A resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils. * Knowledge or experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable.
