Pay: £88.92 - £110.00 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

These roles are ideal for graduates, qualified Teaching Assistants, or individuals with relevant UK childcare, youth work, coaching, or support experience.

Responsibilities
Support pupils across mainstream classroom settings
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning support
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support progress in core subjects
Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
Support classroom behaviour management in line with school policies
Help create engaging learning resources and assist with classroom preparation
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentRequirements
A degree (any subject) or a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
Experience working with children in a UK school, tutoring, coaching, care, or youth setting
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for supporting children with a range of learning needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong understanding of safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)Why work with Premier Education?
