Job Type:Full-time, Permanent.
Hours: Monday to Friday: Shift Pattern 9 am-6 pm or 10 am-7 pm. One Saturday or Sunday per month. 9 am-5.30 pm or 10 am-4.30 pm. Day off in the week, if working a weekend.

About The Role:
We are looking for a Motor Finance Loan Administrator to support our internal and external sales teams.
You will be responsible for delivering the best customer outcomes by assessing and presenting applications to members of our lending panel, obtaining credit decisions and processing applications efficiently and effectively to payout the deal.
Providing exceptional customer service with your knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills, ensuring that all parties are kept fully informed during the car buying process and that a five star service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conversion Management: Collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal finance terms and communicate directly with dealerships and customers to maximise conversion efficiency.
– Dealer Engagement: Proactively follow up on outstanding proposals, offer alternative solutions, and reaffirm dealership commitment to placing business with DSG.
– Documentation Handling: Issue accurate finance documentation, including both electronic and traditional ‘wet ink’ formats, ensuring all figures are pre-checked and customers are fully informed.
– Problem Resolution: Address dealership queries, resolve objections, and manage commission-related questions to ensure swift and effective deal completion.
– Compliance & Monitoring: Maintain adherence to compliance essentials through call monitoring and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded.

– Written rate and volume (number of cases)
