Heres what youll do: Expertise: Be involved in the delivery of projects from concept design right through to construction delivery. Create concept and detailed designs of Wastewater infrastructure. Manage NEC contracts and perform financial project management including change control. Deliver: Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Innovate: Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges and deliver low carbon design solutions. Collaborate: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop a complete design solution that meets the needs of todays water supply and treatment challenges and taps into the expertise of a diverse field of Technical Excellence. Lead: Manage, mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Heres what were looking for: Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Chartered engineer certification or progressing towards chartership. Significant experience in engineering project management and technical leadership. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
