We're looking for the following qualifications, attributes, and skills:
Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and CDM regulations.
Drive innovation in sustainable design, climate resilience, and digital engineering practices.
Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Experience
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards it.
Proven experience in the water sector and familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofwat, AMP cycles).
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience with BIM and digital tools (desirable).
Must have current UK working rights and be based in the UK
