With decades of experience delivering technically excellent and buildable solutions across multiple sectors, my client is known for its collaborative culture, innovation, and focus on quality. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to take a leading role in shaping a growing regional team, influencing project delivery, and mentoring junior colleagues, all within a consultancy that values autonomy, technical excellence, and career development.
The role You'll lead and oversee a range of civil engineering projects, from residential schemes to complex infrastructure, ensuring quality design and delivery. In addition, you'll play a key part in growing and mentoring the civil engineering team, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the Bristol office.
What my client is looking for
