TRL, a global leader in transport innovation, isseeking a Principal Consultant to drive the end-to-end delivery of high-value asset management projects across the highways and infrastructure sector. Are you a proven project leader with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure solutions that make a measurable impact? The successful candidate willbring a track record of hands-on delivery of turning strategy into action, with a strong project delivery mindset, technical depth, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. The successful candidate can be based UK wide with some travel expected. Flexible working options for full or part-time employment is available. What youll do: Own the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring outputs meet agreed scope, quality, and deadlines. Translate asset strategies into robust delivery plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes. Lead development of technical outputs (e.g. maintenance strategies, condition frameworks, investment plans). Apply structured programme and risk management to keep delivery on track.
