Senior/Principal Consultant – Food & Consumer Supply Chain

Up to £70,000 Base + 30–45% Commission

London or Brighton (Hybrid)

Are you a retained search expert ready to take on a high-profile billing role within a global consumer practice?

This is an opportunity to join a high flying search firm operating across the UK and Europe with a deep focus on Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, and supply chain–intensive sectors. You'll come into an organisation with trusted client relationships across global brands.

You’ll work closely with a top-performing Director (personal billings £500k–£650k+) with the chance to grow and take ownership of a complementary vertical in time. Research support will be provided once at capacity.

The Work

→ Deliver retained search projects across senior leadership, supply chain, engineering, and operations functions

→ Partner with established brands like Danone, Mars, Hero Foods, Côte, and Gate Group

→ Lead client conversations across the UK and Europe – deal values average £30k–£50k

→ Build out a niche within consumer, manufacturing or supply chain – with full autonomy

→ Supported by a dedicated research team and backed by case studies, brand equity, and exceptional delivery reputation

What We're Looking For

→ 5–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally retained or senior-level

→ Strong knowledge of supply chain or consumer goods, manufacturing, or FMCG

→ Credible delivery at £30-100k + deal sizes

→ Strategic, consultative recruiter with confidence in client facing and retained-heavy environments

→ Happy to overlap with Food & Beverage or develop an adjacent sector
