Job Responsibilities

• Design and Development of product line, including conceptual design for one-off’s
• Set up and develop strong commercial and technical relationships with suppliers
• Working with manufacturing to ensure specifications met and delivered
• Drive PLM system improvements, streamlining release processes and refining drawing tools

Skill Required

• Circa 15 years in Automotive, Motorsport, Formula 1
• Prove track record in Design & Development
• We have 3 positions open, skills in the following areas (within Design) are what we require; Axels, Chassis, Gear Box, Diesel Generator, Body Systems, Traction Motors, Driveshafts, Steering and Composites
• Passionate about their work, diligent, and rolls-up their sleeves
