A growing construction consultancy is seeking a Principal Designer to support clients in delivering compliant projects under the Building Safety Act 2022. In this role, you will work across various projects, including residential and commercial developments, ensuring design compliance and managing teams. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and experience with multidisciplinary teams are essential. This is a permanent position but freelance candidates outside IR35 will also be considered.
