Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of CE&I Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
Oversee multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
Support business development through client engagement, bid preparation, and presentations.
Manage resources across geographies and contribute to strategic growth.
Ensure compliance with internal management systems and CDM regulations.
Experience
IEng or CEng Professional Registration (IET, CIBSE, or equivalent).
Degree qualified, ideally with a Master's in Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary projects in energy, water, and resources.
Specialist knowledge in Electrical and/or Control Systems engineering.
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Trimble, IT systems).
Eligible UK driving license and ability to obtain security clearance.
