If you have a proven track record in designing complex building services, particularly for critical environments, then your skills are in high demand. While substantial experience in data centres is the ideal, a strong foundation of ten or more years in sectors like large-scale commercial, science, or healthcare projects is also highly valued. An understanding of critical power systems, including generators and UPS, is essential, and any exposure to Medium Voltage (MV) or High Voltage (HV) systems would be a significant advantage.
