Principal Electrical Design Engineer | Automation / Controls Consultancy | Nuclear Industry | Stafford (Hybrid 3 days per week in the office) | Up to £65,000 | SC Clearance Eligibility Required MERITUS are working with an expanding Automation / Controls Consultancy that are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to take ownership of technical leadership across multiple projects. This is an opportunity to step into a senior role where your technical expertise and leadership will make a real difference. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and quality of hardware / electrical systems from concept through to delivery. You'll be heavily involved in the design of low voltage electrical distribution systems, control panels, and safety-related electrical systems, ensuring they meet both project requirements and industry standards. Alongside the technical work, you'll mentor engineers, oversee project delivery, and provide technical leadership in areas such as AutoCAD Electrical design and Inventor models. The company are based in Stafford & operate hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office. They require candidates to be eligible for SC level security clearance.
