Driving the successful technical delivery of high-quality projects from concept to completion
Taking ownership of project outcomes, ensuring they meet commercial goals through proactive project control

About You Our ideal Principal Structural Engineer must have:

Exceptional Structural Engineering knowledge with a deep understanding of key principles embedded in theory and practice, with a proactive approach to problem solving
Familiarity with structural engineering modelling, analysis, and design software (Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds and STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360).
Experience in day-to-day control of resourcing, programming, planning and costs
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
