Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Principal Housing Lawyer to join a fantastic local authority in Yorkshire


As Principal Housing Lawyer you will be responsible for managing a small team, as well as looking after your own caseload of housing law matters, which include but are not limited to:

  • Disrepair
  • Breach of tenancy agreements
  • Homelessness
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • General housing law advice
  • This role may include some hybrid attendance at office/court; however, it can offer a lot of flexibility. The role will provide the opportunity to get involved in housing governance.

    Experience gained within a local government or housing association setting is desirable; experience gained within the private sector can also be considered.
