Principal Maintenance Manager Taskmaster Resources are looking for a professional, committed Principal Maintenance Manager to join the team of our client based in Newport, Isle of Wight. Hours : Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00. Pay rate: £400 per day The Principal Maintenance Manager leads the safe, effective and efficient delivery of all maintenance activity across one or more waste treatment sites. This includes oversight of planned and unplanned maintenance, technical change, lifecycle planning, and compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. Technologies may include, but are not limited to, Advanced Thermal Treatment (ATT), Energy from Waste (EfW), Anaerobic Digestion (AD), Mechanical Treatment (MT), and Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs). This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring asset reliability, team performance and cost-effective maintenance delivery within a high-risk, process-intensive environment. The postholder also acts as the site or contract Confined Space Responsible Person. Maintenance Strategy & Delivery Lead all preventative and reactive maintenance activity, ensuring plant availability, safety and operational continuity.
