Role Description
This is a full-time working from home role for a Principal Mechanical Engineer based in Greater London, however trips to site are required when necessary. The Principal Mechanical Engineer will lead engineering projects, design and analyze mechanical systems using advanced software tools, and oversee a team of revit engineers. Responsibilities also include managing project timelines and collaborating across project design teams to ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
Minimum Requirements
The success candidate will possess self motivation and an ability to run and manage teams of engineers and revit modellers.
Minimum 8 years experience in stage 4&5 design and coordination.
Degree in mechanical engineering or building services.
Aspirations to reach CEng charter-ship and career progression.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Public Health Design.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and/or reviewing models in Navis Works.
Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team leadership.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written english and verbal communication abilities.
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior experience in a leadership role within the building services sector.
