Following significant investment and commercial growth, the company is entering a major platform evolution and expansion of its product capabilities.

  • Partnering closely with engineering on infrastructure, architecture, and microservices systems
  • Supporting major platform migrations and architectural transformation
  • Driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Supporting product launch readiness, including internal alignment and external positioning
  • Helping scale product practices as the organisation transitions to a more product-led model
  • Providing clarity, structure, and leadership in a fast-moving environment
  • You will join a small, experienced product team with significant ownership and influence.

Candidate profile

This role is suited to a senior Product Manager who is comfortable working in technically complex environments and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

You should have:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience owning platform, infrastructure, or technically complex products
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Experience working in startup or scaleup environments
  • A track record of delivering products in ambiguous or rapidly evolving contexts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional valuable experience includes:

  • Founder or early employee experience
  • Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, or platform migrations

This is a lean team where you can add true impact! They’re looking to move quickly so please apply or more info and next steps!
