The business is known for its collaborative culture, professional integrity, and long-term client relationships. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint a Principal Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Manchester team.

The Role
Delivering cost management services across civil engineering and infrastructure projects
Managing projects from pre-contract through to final account
Acting as a key client-facing contact
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Contributing to business development and client growth
Key Requirements
Strong quantity surveying background within civil engineering or infrastructure
Experience across water, rail, highways, or general civils will be considered
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
