The Role
As a Principal Consultant, you’ll step into a full 360° role with clear progression from day one.
Whether your ambition is leadership or becoming a top biller, we’ll give you the tools, support, and environment to make it happen.
You’ll be responsible for:
Building and managing strong relationships with schools and clients
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality education professionals
Driving business development and growing your market presence
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end
Playing a key role in expanding our division across Leeds
