Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant

We're a values‑led headhunting firm working across the construction industry, and we're now looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join us as we begin to grow the business.

This is a role for someone with a track record in the construction industry, who is commercially strong, self‑sufficient, and aligned with a more purposeful way of working.

The Role

You will operate as a senior hire within the business, owning and growing your own desk while contributing to the wider direction and culture of Harken Search.

Fully remote role

You will :

• Develop, manage, and grow your own client base within the construction sector
• Deliver end-to-end search assignments at a senior level
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage your own pipeline, delivery, and revenue

What matters most is a strong track record within construction and the ability to win and deliver work independently.

Experience in residential construction is essential for this position.
