Built Environment | Central London | £40–50k + Uncapped Commission (25%–30%)

It’s not every day you get to be someone’s first hire. To join a founder-led business right at the start, when the foundations are solid and the future is yours to build. This is your chance to shape something from the ground up with the full backing of people who’ve actually done the job.

This isn’t another agency run by ex-recruiters. One’s a chartered building surveyor with a surveying business. The other’s a surveyor who wanted to recruit. They know the built environment inside out and now they’ve built a recruitment business that’s starting to take off.

And they want you to be part of it.

You’ll be a Principal Consultant, building a permanent desk in the built environment. You won’t be inheriting a client base, but you will have live vacancies to get you started. You’ll also get proper tools: RecruitCRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, marketing support, admin support, and the kind of environment where people don’t talk about KPIs more than they talk about clients.

You’ll need to bring the drive, the discipline the belief that £150k+ billings is just your starting point. But if you’re ready to go for it, you’ll have people behind you who will truly support your ambition without micromanaging it.

You don’t need to be from a built environment background. Just bring your drive and a willingness to learn the sector inside-out.
