A Senior/Principal/Lead 360 Consultant for our US division. This is key to the company’s strategy over the next few years, so we are keen to hire a future leader for the team who we can nurture and reward via equity when they take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build out the AI offering in the United States.
  • Lead a small, existing team.
  • Work closely with consultants doing data engineering and leverage their relationships.
  • Apply a proven BD methodology in the data, tech, or IT market.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development (BD) within the data/tech/IT sector.
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
  • Ability to work US hours (11 am‑7 pm).
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation

£30 – 50 k + commission up to 45 %
