How you’ll spend your day
As a Principal Solutions Architect, you’ll operate as a senior technical authority, leading solution design and technical strategy across large, complex digital transformation programmes. This role spans both pre-sales and delivery, with responsibility for shaping compelling, commercially viable solutions and ensuring they transition seamlessly into execution.
You’ll work closely with business development, delivery, and engineering teams, acting as a bridge between technical capability and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll influence strategy while remaining deeply involved in solution creation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading solution architecture and technical strategy for large, complex pursuits and programmes
* Defining technical win themes, differentiators, and innovation strategies
