Due to a strong pipeline of development-led projects, they are looking to appoint a Transport Planner to join their Birmingham team. This consultancy has built a strong reputation within the development sector for delivering pragmatic, evidence-based transport advice across residential, commercial, education, energy and mixed-use schemes. They are known for their technical quality, collaborative approach, and commitment to developing their people. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Planner looking to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop technically within a supportive and well-established team. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans Undertaking junction capacity assessments and transport modelling Carrying out accessibility appraisals and active travel assessments Supporting site feasibility studies and development planning advice Liaising with local authorities, clients and design team members Contributing to project delivery from initial appraisal through to planning submission You will gain exposure to a wide range of development projects and have the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues, developing both your technical and client-facing skills.
