Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Print Finisher to join a successful manufacturing company based in Southend.

Choice of 3 Shifts Available – Print Finisher:

* 6:00am – 2:00pm

* 2:00pm – 10:00pm

* 10:00pm – 6:00am (Sunday to Thursday for night shift)

Key Responsibilities – Print Finisher:

* Ensure the correct job is on the machine, including code and version checks.

* Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the finishing process.

* Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.

* Operate machines at optimum speed and efficiency.

* Keep the machine area clean and well-organised.

* Utilise any machine assistants provided effectively.

* Complete all relevant documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards.

* Communicate relevant information clearly to the following shift.

* Report any breakdowns or issues immediately.

* Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements – Print Finisher:

* Previous experience using print finishing machinery, including Polar guillotines.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

* Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.

* Confident in meeting deadlines and managing workloads.

* Quality-focused with strong communication skills.
