Ready to Make Your Mark in Print Process Engineering? We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer with a strong print background to join our team at one of the UK's most advanced packaging facilities. This isn't a trainee role, it's for someone who knows the print process inside out and is ready to take ownership of quality, efficiency, and innovation. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor, working closely with operators and even joining shifts to fully immerse yourself in the process. Your responsibilities will include: Investigating and resolving print defects to maintain world-class standards Collaborating with customers on print-related queries and technical support Supporting the print team across all stages: big press operations, make-ready, production efficiency, and quality control Managing colour processes , including fixed colour systems and process colour sets Driving improvements in efficiency and quality standards across the site You'll work with major global brands, so experience in flexographic printing and colour management is highly desirable.
