Printer Engineer Location - Central London and Greater London Competitive Salary (DOE) The Role We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our Team in Central London. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing office print equipment across client sites. Key Responsibilities Service and repair devices from leading manufacturers including Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera Carry out on-site repairs in line with company service standards Perform preventative maintenance during scheduled and reactive visits Meet response times and deliver consistently high-quality work Install equipment, including basic networking setup and user training Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable manner Collaborate closely with the Call Control team What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in photocopier/printer maintenance Manufacturer training certifications (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Travel card, laptop, and mobile phone Generous annual leave Pension scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Regular company social events If you’re a motivated engineer looking to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
