The Role As a Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients while supporting senior leadership on complex advisory projects. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base and a wide range of tax issues affecting privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses. You will: Manage a portfolio of private business clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax matters Provide advice on a range of corporate and shareholder tax issues affecting privately owned groups Support clients through business restructures, transactions, and strategic tax planning initiatives Work closely with specialists across tax, deals, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions Oversee the delivery of tax compliance work while identifying opportunities for additional advisory support Manage project delivery, ensuring work is completed to a high technical standard and within agreed timelines Coach and develop junior team members, reviewing work and supporting their professional development Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team
