Private Client Administrator

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families, including trusts, companies, and foundations. The role requires practical administration experience in managing UK entities (and other jurisdictions) for HNWIs, including oversight of banking, statutory records, and general administration. A strong understanding of private client needs, regulatory requirements, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of personalised service is essential. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of private clients, building trusted relationships and providing tailored support. Administer a range of private client structures including discretionary and life interest trusts, private investment companies, and asset-holding entities. Manage the practical administration of UK and international entities for HNWIs, including banking arrangements, statutory compliance, and record-keeping. Maintain accurate company and trust records and ensure timely filings in accordance with relevant laws and internal policies. Liaise with legal, tax, and banking professionals to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
