Wills (drafting, updates, estate planning) Trusts and inheritance planning Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Probate and wider private client mattersYou’ll build strong client relationships, explain legal concepts in a clear and approachable way, and help individuals make informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored advice on Wills, Trusts and LPAs Draft and review legal documents with support from the wider team Maintain accurate client records and manage your own caseload Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and supportive experience Collaborate with internal teams and attend client meetings/roadshows Support business growth through excellent service and relationship buildingWhat We’re Looking For Essential:

Law degree Strong communication and client-facing skills Highly organised with great attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and managing admin tasks A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn Full UK driving licenceDesirable:

Exposure to Wills, Trusts, Probate or Estate Planning Experience in financial services (e.g. mortgages, insurance) Working towards or willing to undertake STEP qualification (fully funded by the company)This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Private Client law.
