The work is there, the client base is established, and the expectation is that you can operate at a senior level, but without the pressure to churn through files. You will be working from the Brimingham office 2 days a week, you will be based in Birmingham office, within a commutable distance from Cheltenham.Over time, the role becomes more strategic. You’ll naturally take on more responsibility within the team, contribute to its direction, and build your own profile within the firm. Partnership is a genuine outcome here, most of the current Partners have progressed internally, and there’s a clear, uncapped route to get there.The culture is collaborative and grounded.
