Lex Exec Legal Recruitment is working on a highly specialised opportunity for a Private Client Associate to join a leading international team in London.

This is not your typical private client role. The firm is seeking a solicitor with 3–5 years PQE (ideally 4–5) who has a genuine specialism in international trust and tax work.

This means deep experience advising internationally connected individuals and families on complex cross-border structures, offshore trusts, and global estate planning (not just general residency and domicile matters).

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical expertise in international trust and tax law
• Experience advising on offshore structures, succession planning, and UK tax implications for international clients
• Italian and/or French language skills are highly desirable
• Excellent drafting, research, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to client development and relationship building
