Private Client Insurance Broker

An established insurance brokerage is looking to appoint a Private Client / High Net Worth Insurance Broker to join a growing private clients function. The role sits within a close-knit and forward-thinking team environment, where collaboration and client service are central to the culture. While the position is primarily broking-focused, there is scope for the successful individual to become more involved in team development, knowledge sharing, and supporting business growth initiatives over time. You will take responsibility for a combination of inherited clients and ongoing new business activity, contributing to both retention and growth objectives. The business supports proactive relationship-building and provides the tools and budget required to attend networking events and engage with professional introducers. This is a full time, Monday – Friday position with some hybrid working available. The salary for this role circa £40,000 plus benefits and a very sociable, friendly environment with small events happening every couple of weeks.
