This is a Principal Associate opportunity with genuine long-term potential, not just to lead, but to help innovate and grow a team in a department that values honest communication and collaboration above all else.In your first six months, you’ll build trust with the team, handle high-quality cases confidently, and start to mentor junior lawyers. Within a year, you’ll take on more complex work, contribute to department strategy, and become a go-to right-hand for the Head of Department.
