Private Client Roles - Solicitor to Partner Family & Private Wealth Legal Recruitment Consultant The Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a Tier 1 Legal 500‑ranked Wills, Trusts and Estates Disputes team in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work on a stimulating mix of high‑quality, privately funded contentious probate matters, alongside alternative funding arrangements such as CFAs, LEI, ATE, and BTE insurance. You’ll be part of a nationally recognised team with a strong track record of success in complex and high‑value disputes. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues across the firm’s national network, representing executors, beneficiaries, and trustees, and delivering outstanding client care. The Candidate
A qualified solicitor with experience in contentious probate or a strong interest in this area. A confident communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills. Someone with a strong appetite for business development, able to build and maintain relationships with referrers, counsel, and other professionals. A team player who can also operate independently and contribute to the development of junior team members.
