PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - 1-3+ PQE

\nQED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Associate and to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Hertford, Herts.
\n
\nThe role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a large and successful team on hand. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration and with a supervisory element to the position.
\n
\nThe ideal candidate must:

\n\t
• Have +1 years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
\n\t
• Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
\n\t
• A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards
\n
