Private Client Solicitor - Carmarthen A respected commercial law firm with a strong Private Client offering is seeking a Solicitor to join its expanding Carmarthen team. The firm is known for delivering high quality advice to high net worth individuals, business owners and trustees, while maintaining a warm, supportive working environment. The Role You’ll handle a broad range of private client matters with early responsibility and excellent supervision. Your caseload will include:

Wills, codicils and letters of wishes Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work Probate, estate administration and inheritance tax reporting Trust establishment, administration and tax considerations Lifetime planning, succession strategies, IHT and CGT advice Domicile, residence and cross border succession issues

You’ll also support business development, assist with seminars and training, and contribute to client facing content. Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client. NQ candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Strong grounding in wills, probate and LPAs; trusts/tax experience desirable Excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail Strong client care skills with a calm, empathetic approach Ability to manage deadlines and work proactively Team oriented and committed to high professional standards STEP or Lifetime Lawyer accreditation (or willingness to pursue)
