Joining an established Wills & Probate team based in the Leamington Spa office Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning matters Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney Handling trusts and estate administration matters Running files independently with minimal supervision Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, both in writing and over the phone Ensuring matters progress efficiently, with regular updates to clients on progress and costs Delivering a consistently high level of client care across all matters
