The Role We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, qualified to practise in England and Wales, to join our busy and expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tavistock, where face-to-face service remains a valued part of our client experience. You’ll manage your own caseload, contribute to the department’s continued success, and deliver exceptional legal services that reflect our values and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

DraftingWills,Trusts, andLasting Powers of Attorney ManagingEstate and Trust Administration Advising onInheritance Tax Planning HandlingProbatesand related matters Building strong relationships with clients and third‑party referrers Ensuring compliance with SRA standards and firm policies Maintaining accurate records using our case management system Taking financial responsibility for your matters (billing, cash flow) Supporting business development and cross‑referrals across departments

About You We’re seeking someone who is:

Qualified to practise in England and Wales Professional, empathetic, and client‑focused Organisedwith strong time management skills Technically proficient, with good IT and case management system experience Comfortable workingindependentlyand collaboratively 3–5 years’ PQE in private client work Strong interpersonal and communication skills SFE accreditation Full, clean driving licence (travel to clients required)
