Private Client Solicitor – Locum, 2+ PQE, Devon, maternity cover, £50 - £55 per hour. An excellent locum opportunity has arisen for an experienced private client solicitor to support the team during a period of maternity leave.
\nOVERVIEW:
\n• A varied private client caseload including Wills, Trusts, Probate, estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n• Ideally suited to a solicitor with the minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience, although strong candidates outside this level will be considered
\n• A 9-month locum assignment, working five days per week, with flexibility to consider reduced hours
\n• Office-based role for the majority of the week, reflecting the paper-based nature of the work
\n• You will join an established and supportive team comprising fee earners, trainee paralegals, a trainee solicitor and dedicated legal secretarial support
\n• Administrative and secretarial support is in place
