Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established and reputable law firm in Preston, who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1+ years PQE in private client law to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of private client matters while delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be part of a collaborative team and play a key role in the continued success of the department. They are paying a competitive salary of £35,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) Responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Trusts. Handling files from instruction through to completion Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Building and maintaining strong client relationships
