Private Client Solicitor 

Bath or Bristol 

This Legal 200 law multi office law firm with a successful, established private client team is looking to recruit a qualified solicitor or legal executive at associate-level to support its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and approachable team, working on a wide-ranging caseload for a diverse client base. The role offers strong prospects for progression and the chance to make a meaningful contribution within a well-regarded department.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on and administering complex probate and estate matters
• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Assisting clients with tax mitigation and estate planning
• Providing advice on trust structures and administration

What experience is needed:

\n
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2 PQE
• Solid experience gained within a reputable private client team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A strong client service ethic and professional communication skills
