Key Responsibilities
As part of the firm’s established and growing Private Client team in Aberdeen, you will advise clients across a broad range of Private Client matters within a supportive and well-resourced environment. You will act for a diverse client base, including families, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored, pragmatic advice. Advise on Wills, Executeries, Trusts, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney. Handle complex estate and tax planning matters. Build trusted relationships with clients through a clear, proactive and solutions-focused approach. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support and grow the Private Client practice through cross-referrals.
About You
Scottish Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work. Ideally NQ - 3+ years’ PQE, with a strong grounding across core Private Client matters (if NQ, ideally have completed 12+ months or more in PC seats). High level of technical competence, attention to detail and a client-focused mindset. Motivated by the opportunity to develop long-term expertise within a growing and high-quality Private Client team.
